The Stout Problem

To this day, weight gain plagues us many humans.

As you may know, obesity is a very serious issue we face. Many solutions had been proposed with success, but not all affected by this issue will find "motivation" to pursue this. For example, there are many weight loss programs that many people can follow, but in the long run, this motivation will begin to run out.

The rate of this is continually increasing. Though it may not seem like it, this number is absolutely huge. Since 1975, obesity had nearly TRIPLED. Nearly 20% of U.S. children between the ages of 2 to 19 are obese. This illustrates this issue must not be ignored.

Many people are unaware of the detrimental problems involved.

It is therefore necessary to introduce facts to raise awareness:

  1. Approximately 15 million AMERICANS alone are obese considered to be life-threatening.)
  2. In just the U.S. alone, 25% of children are overweight.)
  3. Mainly due to the prominence of fast food industries and the "charm" they have to lull in people, the U.S. is considered the most heavy nation in the world.
  4. Although it is usually very common, it is usually self-treatable through exercise programs.
  5. Obesity leads to deadly diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers.
  6. The main causes of obesity comes from diet, lack of exercise, and environmental factors.

Introducing an innovative program:

People must be motivated the entire duration to combat obesity. To do this, they must do what they enjoy while working out!

Potential solution.
